Finned coils

Finned block:

The finned block consists of aluminium, copper or stainless steel tubes respectively coated fins and copper, steel or stainless steel core barrels with collars.

Perfect and uniform spacing is achieved by collars, plus perfect contact and minimum resistance to heat flow between tubes and fins.

Frame:

Made of strong galvanized sheet that provides good protection for the finned block and the connecting U-Tubes. Drawn-collar tube holes in both endings – plates are designed to permit an unimpeded tube movement due to thermal expansion. There are also other materials for the frame in program, e.g. brass, copper, aluminium and stainless steel.

Corrugated fins:

All models have fins, pressed with a special undulating surface. This both increase the strength of the fins and create a controlled turbulence in the airflow that increases the air/fin heat transfer coefficient.
